1. Overview
These terms govern preorder interest registrations and any resulting transactions between buyers and sellers facilitated through this site. By registering interest or completing a transaction here, you agree to the terms below.
2. Buyer Vetting
Buyers participating in transactions are vetted by our team before a sale is completed. We reserve the right to decline or limit service to any buyer at our discretion, including in cases of a suspicious pattern of excessive or abusive preorder activity.
3. Product Condition & Authenticity
- All preorder items must be factory sealed.
- Sellers must provide a photo showing the original seal or label has not been peeled or tampered with, to help guarantee authenticity before a sale is completed.
- Buyers are encouraged to photograph the item immediately upon receipt if the seal appears broken or tampered with, to support any dispute claim.
4. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between a buyer and seller, all decisions are made at the sole discretion of our team. Our decision on any dispute is final.
5. Transaction Fees
The standard transaction fee is 2.5% deducted from the seller's payout and 2.5% added to the price the buyer pays, applied independently on each side (a 5% total spread). A shipping-label fee also applies once per completed sale on each side — $6 for the first box, plus $1 per additional box in the same sale — deducted from the seller's payout and added to the buyer's total. Fees are subject to change with a 90-day advance notice period, followed by a 10-day grace period, before any new fee takes effect.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
