Wednesday, September 23: Bowman Chrome Mega and Vault Marvel

Two very different products share the same day. 2026 Bowman Chrome Baseball Mega Box is the mega configuration following the hobby wave, with six packs per box. If you already bought hobby, this is the retail-style follow-up rather than a new checklist event.

2026 Topps Vault Marvel Hobby Box sits at the opposite end of the spectrum. It is an ultra-premium hits-only release with two cards per box, built entirely around on-card autographs and sketch cards from major franchise stars. Two cards per box means the entire value of your purchase rests on what those two cards are, so treat it as a single-swing product, not a rip-for-volume box.

Both use standard checkout.

Thursday, September 24: Topps Pristine Basketball

2025-26 Topps Pristine Basketball is the full hobby release, arriving after the preorder window that ran in late August. This is Pristine's first-ever NBA application, so the refractor-parallel structure collectors know from the brand is being applied to basketball for the first time.

If you missed the August preorder, Thursday is the next chance at it. Standard checkout.

Saturday, September 26: Five Star and Pro Debut

2026 Topps Five Star Baseball Hobby Box is the ultra-premium, low-print-run release with booklet autographs. It is the highest-cost baseball item on this week's calendar.

2026 Topps Pro Debut Baseball Jumbo Box lands the same day and takes the opposite approach: minor-league-focused prospect cards with early professional action shots and autographs, in a jumbo configuration. If your collecting runs through prospects rather than finished stars, Pro Debut is the one to plan around.

Both are standard checkout.

No EQL raffles this week

Every release on the board between Wednesday and Saturday uses standard checkout. That means you are refreshing a page at launch and buying in real time, first come first served.

It is worth knowing the difference because it changes how you plan your day. With an EQL raffle entry, you submit an entry during a window and wait to be selected to buy at retail price, so there is no reason to sit on a page at drop time. With standard checkout, timing is the whole game. This week, plan to be at your desk.

Coming up next

Two releases follow just outside the seven-day window. 2026 Topps x KAWS MLB, the designer collaboration between Topps and artist KAWS for MLB-licensed cards, is set for Monday, September 28. 2026 Topps Chrome Star Wars Hobby Box follows on Wednesday, September 30, covering the saga's films and shows and separate from the earlier Chrome Galaxy edition.

Both are also standard checkout, so budget accordingly if you are spending heavily on Saturday.
